Supporting you and your family through Separation and Divorce.
We provide quality family and child-inclusive mediation.

We offer a nationwide service with flexible online appointments for family mediation, including child-inclusive mediation, available from anywhere. Book a mediation information and assessment meeting to help guide you through the process.

Our office is located on Dormer Place, where we provide in-person appointments upon request, including options for child inclusive mediation, family mediation, and mediation information and assessment meetings.

We have a variety of spaces that we use when requested for purposes such as family mediation, including child inclusive mediation, as well as for mediation information and assessment meetings.

We understand that communicating when a relationship ends can be extremely challenging. Discussing your children, money, and property can be not only stressful but also scary. Family mediation, including child-inclusive mediation, is an alternative way to have these important conversations. Mediation provides a safe and neutral space, supporting practical and future-thinking discussions.
We recognise that the first step can be the most difficult, which is why we believe a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) is the best place to start.
A MIAM is your first step and is required even if you are considering making an application to court. The courts now expect you to mediate where appropriate and to seriously attempt to resolve matters out of court.
We offer one-to-one confidential MIAM appointments where you can discuss the option of mediation and share information. Mediation is a voluntary process, so you can decide if it's the right option for you.
During your MIAM, your mediator will aim to get a better understanding of your situation, provide you with information about joint mediation sessions, and share legal information about your situation and separation in general.
If joint mediation feels like the right step for you, we will contact your ex-partner or family member.
